Perfect watch, great seller, if you are unsure, please read… So, I have wanted to upgrade me gear s smartwatch forever. It finally broke after 3 years and I began the hunt: searches, reviews, YouTube videos, etc… I settled for the Gear S3 Classic, because it looks so nice vs the gear s3 frontier. I was a little hesitant to get a refurbished one (around $170 vs new $300). But the savings were enough for me to consider it. I saw some reviews that people liked it, and some weren’t good. I decided to get one thinking if I didnt like it, I could return it. I LOVE IT. First, I was worried about the condition of the watch, refurbished might have minor nicks, scratches, whatever. My watch came in PRISTINE! The band did have a very minor line on it, but I bought a couple new ones online for $10, as long as the watch face was in great shape.One minor set back was that it did not have Samsumg Pay preinstalled. All US versions are supposed to. I reached out to seller, they told me to return mine and they’d send out a replacement. So I was hesitant…
The need to test battery life on there refurbish products I love the G3 and went ahead and purchased a new one for only $40 more.The battery life on the refurbished one I received was dismal. I had to charged it twice a day. Even turning off all the auto Heart Rate monitoring, screen brightness, GPS, etc… It still would not last 24 hours.I bought the watch for heath and sleep monitoring, so the battery made the watch useless for me.And the worst part about it was the battery estimations.It would tell me it had 2d 15h left.Then in an hour it tells me I had 1d 23h leftThe after a few hours when its at about 15% its telling me it has 15h of battery life left and in power saving mode it has over a day.It was completely dead after about 20 more minutes.I’ve rated my new one 5 stars.
Loving it so far !! I bought a refurbished Samsung Gear S3 here on Amazon. It came in 2 days and was very easy to set up and use. No, the battery life isn’t 4 days, but it does last for about 1.5 – 2 days using the always-on setting. I just put it on the charger in the evening before going to bed for an hour or 2 depending on how much charging it needs. Really not a big deal. At night I turn the screen intensity down to #2 and turn off the always-on mode because it really is bright and bothers my wife. If I need to see the time I just push the button and it comes right on. Then just cover the watch face with your hand and it goes off. I noticed that when the Do Not Disturb mode is used, the watch face doesn’t go to full brightness unless you push the button. I have made and received many phone calls and the sound on both ends is very good. I love all the cool watch faces you can buy. Lots of fun and practical too. You can run Spotify either from your phone (controlled by your watch) or run it directly on…
