Buyer beware When i received the watch i used it for about three weeks and the screen froze then the watch did not work for about five minutes. It happened again a few days later so i called Samsung and they told me to send it in and i will have it back in a max of two weeks. Once i sent the watch in, i received an email stating my watch had been received and put on hold for unavailable parts. I did not hear anything else for a couple weeks and this is when i started contacting the service line daily for one month. Every time I called I would get a different answer every time. I was led on believing I was “going to be receiving my watch within the next week” for nearly two and a half months. Finally they decided to issue a replacement and when i received the new refurbished device the bezel was initially ‘crunchy’ when rotated and was also lose. i contacted the repair center where i was then transferred to case management. I explained my situation and was told to send the device back to…
Great watch, dead pixels Though the watch was delivered when promised, it was not delivered as promised. After setting up the watch I noticed on the lighter colored screens that reach the outer edge of the display, there is a large group of dead pixels. These crest the appearance of a large dark âholeâ in the watch face at about the 2:00 position. To see if it was easily noticed, I showed the watch to 4 of my family members without pointing this are out to them. Needless to say, they all found it right away. Like, I mean within seconds. Besides this little issue, Iâm very happy with this watch. I understand this is used, but this was sold as a certified refurbished unit. If I was told this dead area was there, I would have moved on to another watch. I will be contacting the seller to see if we can reach a mutual solution to this quality issue.
Getting a face protector is a must. Also buy extra bands for it. It’s classy as is but you can do so much more with extra bands I absolutely love this watch. It has met and surpassed my expectations. It helps keep me on track by praising me when I’ve met my goals like whenever I’ve reached my daily step goal or my wake up on time goal. It can allow me to make purchases without having my phone on me and the fact that the band is interchangeable is AWESOME.I was worried at first because 1 week of owning my watch I had to call Samaung to help me do a hard reset, giving me reservations about the watch. I almost sent it back to get a different watch. I’m Glad I did’nt. I had tried a different less expensive watch that required me to download an app to use with my phone and it was ADD GALORE. Every 10 seconds an add would pop up from different sites, MISTAKE!!!!!! When I linked my new watch to my phone it took little to no extra effort.Wonderful fit, exchangable bands,water and dust resistant and it still is under warrantee makes this one of my top 5 best Amazon purchases.
